The bolt won't come out all the way. I'm able to loosen it all the way to the inside of the nut (freely threads both ways). Then it seems to bind up I tightened it & backed it out, same thing it still binds up. I bathed it in WD40 tried different jack pressures on the LCA etc. I really don't want to bust it off so I tightened it back up. I'm going to try the taking the top bolt off as well as the rear shock and dropping it that way if I have to. I'd like to get the bottom out though without cutting the LCA out, so if anyone has any Idea's please chime in.

Can you get at the back side with a drift through the nut to drive it out once it's clear of the threads?

I have the LCA reomved on the inside and the bolt on the outside seems to be seized onto the bushing.
