My old tires are going bald, and I'm in the market for some real good all seasons. I'd like something that was made more for snow/rainy conditions, but I don't want to give up too much summer performance. I don't want to have to change rims and tires out every Winter and summer as well. What do you guys suggest?

Ah sorry, I forgot to mention size. I'm actually not sure at this point. I can't decide if I want to spend the money and get a nice set of 16s or if I'll just wrap my stock 15s. If I get 16s, I'll want 205/50/16, and if I keep the stockers, I'd want 195/60/15.
