I have a ztech 2.0 2002 ford focus with 60,000 miles on it. I'm looking for motor mounts that last longer than the stock ones. It would be cool if I could find mounts that don't make my car vibrate like a lawn mower, I heard the VF mounts do that. Any ideas on mounts that are durable and make a focus run smooth?

Try www.rockauto.com

I found the driver side under transmission/transmission mount and the
passenger side under engine/engine mount and the
lower rear under engine/torque strut mount.

Not sure how they compare to stock though......

They do look too good to be true

Those prices are really cheap. They look just like the stock mounts though.

You only have 2 options, stock/ish or the VF/CFM mounts, and the stock mounts should last quite a while unless you get in an accident or run over something and damage them somehow.

I really do think all these motor mount questions are more of monkey see monkey do or all in your head deal. There really is no reason they shouldn't live longer than they seem to be living. Swear it's more of an ignition/EGR/slight miss at idle issue people are experiencing.
