I bought brake discs since mine got toast at the track last week.
Since they are grooved, they are sided. One says L the other says R.

Question is, L is for driver side or passenger side? (US driver side, not UK driver side)
Sometimes parts are referred to as from a driver perspective and sometimes it seems they are referred as if you stood in front of the car, which basically flips over the L and R side...

I'm confused...[confused]

I can not verify, I do not know.

However, an industry standard is to reference L verses R as the drivers perspective while sitting in the drivers seat.

BTW - Same thing in Aviation, and Left is also called #1 and right is called #2 side.
