I have a 2007 focus ses sedan. The rear driver side blinker and brake light won't work. I replaced the socket and fuses (bulb looks fine). Still won't work. Can someone help please?

If your passenger side turn light works then it would not be the fuse because there is one fuse for both sides (CJB F32).

Does the running light work on the drivers side?
Bulb may 'look' good but be bad. Try swapping passenger side bulb to drivers side and see what happens.
If 'good' bulb from passenger side does not work I would check the wiring harness where it flexes at the trunk lid for broken wires (very common).

Good luck
