Went to buy some new strut mounts with bearing for my car.
They are difficult to get ahold of. Never said when I my item was being shipped. An automated email goes out, saying you will get a response within 24 hours and its typically about 18-20, at random times of the day. I could email back right away and not hear anything for 2 days, till I would email again.
They have no telephone number, only email. Seems responses are just when they feel like it.
A part came broken, asked for a new one on a friday around 1pm, received a reply asking for my Order Number at 9pm on Sunday!
Part then got here on Friday around 5pm.
Just a difficult store to work with. Probably won't go back.
