Has anyone seen this intake or have it? looks kinda like our stock intake minus the airbox. i know most intakes dont yield much hp over stock, but it looks cool and is probably louder. im thinking of getting this or a full length aem cold air. there both around the same price.

I'm using it on my svt. Engine sound is much better with it. What's for the hp gains, it's hard to tell without dyno. I think it added something a little bit. What's good about it - you can be safe about hydrolocking and there is no heat soak if the air feed is positioned correctly. And its price is very good, so I really like the kit[thumb]
p.s. i don't know what price you have to pay for it, but i paid ~$180

im confused, it looks like the filter also sucks in air from the engine bay not from that hole in your bumper. or is it both?

Of course it does, air feed just provides air to that area, not directly inside the filter. But as I mentioned before, I don't feel any heat soak or any other downsides.
AEM CAI theoretically should provide colder air, but it costs much more and there is a chance of hydrolock if using it without the valve or some cover. It's your choice []
