[Ford13Focus]

Hey, everyone!

I recently purchased a used 2013 Focus SE and am loving it thus far. It is metallic black with leather interior! I bought it used with 12,000 miles on it. There was no owners manual provided but I did view the PDF version online. It says that and indicator light will come on when the car is due for an oil change. Should I rely on that? There was no information provided and no sticker in the car specifying when the oil was last changed. Also, what oil is recommended for this car?

Moved to the MkIII section.

Change indicator or by 12 mo. in the minimum change interval in the manual, can go up to 10,000 mi. going by the indicator.

5/20 synthetic blend for std. oil recommendation, should be marked on the stock fill cap for a reminder.
