It took me two days to fully install this bad boy. That includes welding and everything, except the header. I had done it before hand. We are still working on the tune and soon as we can get it good enough for me to drive I'm going to take it down to the local Dyno and get it fine tuned[doorpeek] [bath]

Everything unhooked

Pricey

It would look good wrapped

Hmm intresting. Yeah what turbo are you using. I was going to say I think the Maf tube is a little small but I looked a bit closer at the rest of your piping going to it.

No numbers yet. Getting ready to datalog it so that I can get a tune to get me to the dyno. The turbo is a Garrett TA0301. As for the maf tube it is kinda small, but I'll be fixing that fairly soon. I just wanted to get this up off the ground and running. I'll have more pics later on tonight prob.

Btw, I haven't welded much, just kept it nice, slow, and tight.

Nice to see some more DIY ambition here. :)
Keep an eye on those welds over the next few months.
I expect you'll find some holes in those welds.

Yea, I'll def do that. I'm going to datalog it tomorrow. I ran into an oil leak the other night, and under high pressure they are hard to stop. I went to 3 different places till I found the right fitting. But it don't leak a drop oil now. :).

im with ^^him on that it looks like you used a little home welder on that
while using flux cored wire cause the way its hella dirty and looks caked on,
if im right lol.. you might want to look into getting a tank of shielding gas
so you can get some nice welds , nothing wrong with the home welders i got one at home and one at work for small stuff..im a welder at custom car shop.

just trying to help cause them welds might crack..

^^^ Thats what we do here at ff, help one another. I've not welded much, and If I do have a problem out of it. I'm going to have a buddy, who has went to school for welding, weld another down pipe for me. I just like doing things myself lol.

The good news, the car was successfully datalogged, and the maf counts and everything looked normal. I'm going to get it so that I can drive it, and take it to a local dyno and have him tune it.
