i got a jrsc kit that didnt come with the flex tube to connect it from the stock airbox to the sc so i have to run the aem short cai which soaks up alot of heat, i was needing to know if anyone had fabbed anything up to make the stock airbox work and is there any advantages or disadvantages to adding an orp and bigger tb to the jrsc with bbk?

I have a 65mm throttle body and had to buy a 3" intake hose from oreilly. Also you can look for a truck air brake hose, they are a little expensive but they serve the purpose.

Yes anytime you can flow more air through especially when you are forcing it, its an advantage.

And is your svt 3 or 5 door.

The original JRSC hose is comparable to CAT or CEET hose.
CAT or CEET is more flexible than SCAT or SCEET.
