Ok, I'm new to this Zetec (4) cylinder cars. I have an 8 sec Mustang GT, Vortech YSI supercharged 306 so I'm kinda spoiled. I read somewhere that a JRSC really adds little to the stock Zetec. Is that true? Even with my crappy first ball drive Paxton on my stock 302 I gained a bunch.

on the stock zetec, you will make about 155 whp w/ just teh JRSC and about 175-180 w/ the BBK. The JRSC will be hard to get it over 200 whp, though I plan to!! lol

The JRSC is not much of a power adder. It is good to add kick to a daily driver, but it has no expansion capabilities.

If you can find a Powerworks, go with it or a Procharger. Either will be in the 230+fwhp numbers.
