I just bought, as a kit, a Jackson racing supercharger with a bbk and Crower Stage II cams. Will my car still be reliable with this combination. Or would it be better to stay with the stock cams or buy some Stage I cams. Also if I use the Stage II's can I use the stock valve springs and retainer, if they do have to be changed do they have to be Crowers (very expensive) kit. thanks for the help.

teorically you dont need a new valve train (springs + retainers)
but preactically the stock spring will last an x ammount of miles under the presure of aggresive cams...
on the long run it is better to install them now than later...taking in cosideration the job of taking the cams out...
and even more if you are going FI..
also...IMO thouse cams are kind of agressive for a FI app...
i would have gone with either stage 1 or FR Stage 2...
