It's more along the line for speakers or low power subs...

yes but it can be bridged for 800watts rms...its gonna be powering one sub for a short time

new setup will be audiosn amps and hertz speakers/subs

that amp will do the job without any problems! those TA series mtx amps with xtant technology are rock solid. after you get your new stuff, keep that around for your interiors! back when that amp debued, it definetly wasnt cheap.
