I have a 2000 ford focus. I want to install a new car radio instead of the normal factory radio. Is is easy to do and is there a manual/instructions available to do it?
It is a piece of cake. Everything is color coded. You will need a wire harness and a dash kit. Just attach the wires from stereo to the wire harness and you are set. If you have any questions people are always on here ready to answer your question.
I recommend Crutchfield.com personally. When you order from them, if the unit is above a certain cost, they will include all the installation hardware you need. The wiring harness, the dash trim needed, the antenna adapter, and the tools needed to remove the factory unit. Pretty sweet deal when you consider it.
