Any suggestions for an iPhone adapter to connect directly into the back of a '00 single cd head unit?

I installed a Blaupunkt MP3 single CD radio in my 03 SVTF with an iPod connected to it using one of P.I.E.`s adapters. It charges the iPod and I can change tracks using the buttons on the radio or you can use the controls of the iPod. It`s not a perfect setup but it works pretty good and the sound is good.
I also have the factory subwoofer hooked up and working with this radio.
