Can some of the interior door panel pieces be removed easily?
I have a light grey interior and the doors are really bland. I've installed blk leather seats from an 04 and a dark grey center console and arm rest from a 01.
I would like to remove the speaker grills and the lower pocket on the front doors and replace them with ones that are dark grey. I may do the door handles as well. I have dark grey handle inserts now. I already know the carpet panel on the door is a pain to remove and cover. I would like to know about the other parts listed above before a purchase the parts.

speaker grilles come off after cutting the plastic-welded tabs.
Re-attach it using a similar method...

the lower pockets are also removable...

Also, the surround for the door latch and power window/locks switches is a seperate piece.

its all pretty simple to do.

ok thanks. It looks like it would just pop apart from behind or unbolt. Seems like on the focus Ford melted alot things together behind the panels.
