So, i broke my interior driver side door handle, and havent been able to find another unit for a zx3 for less than 100 dollars, so i am undertaking the endeavor of fixing it myself. I was wondeting if anyone else has undertaken this before, and if so, whats the easiest way to go about it?

My personal idea was to cut the plastic sheath off of a 4 door model handle and couple the two cables together inside te door, but im not sure as of yet what would be the best medium to use to clamp the two cables together. Any ideas would be appreciated and any input from people who have walked this road before would be good as well.

If its the cable that snapped thats easy. Mine broke to. Ebay ford focus handle and you can find one for $25 shipped. Easy install and quick fix. A guy on there has a ton of them and focus parts. Good luck.

yeah try ebay or go to a salvage yard and find the exact parts that you need for real cheap.
