I've seen pics of those metal ebay ones rusting even on the inside of the piping.
You get what you pay for.........

if you get lucky it will fit, if you dont get lucky you will have to re bend it urself and try to fit i still have an ebay sri sitting somewhere around here coz when i got it, it just simply didnt fit, so i didnt even bother trying to fit and stuff and bought a steeda one instead .. so imo just get a good intake right away

yeah, if you ge the piping it needs and make sure its tight in place.

i have had 2 ebay CAI and 1 ebay SRI and 0 fitment issues.
i would just throw away the ebay filter and get a better filter.
u will get the same performance out of any CAI they are all aluminum pipes with filters on the end.

i got one of ebay after my aem one got stolen and car feels the same......and no rusting or anything and ive driven in snow,rain,etc....and its 3years old

mine was $26+s&h.......you can paint them no prob. just get the dupli-color high temp paint.....
