no u don't.....just unbolt the stock one and change it to a new one

Slightly more complicated than that, but you DON'T have to remove the engine to replace it.

Basically you pull out the fuel rail and injectors, slide your alternator outta the way, un-plug your sensors and vac lines, then unbolt your Intake Mani and slide in the new and reverse the steps. It's easier said than done, but you have the general Idea.

Yea You can most definiteliy leave the engine in there. Its kinda a pain in the ass but its not to bad. Me and my friend just did a headswap and intake and exhaust manifold replacment, It was a bitch, we ran into so many problems
