My step daughter has just bought a 2002 focus and it has got an intermittent problem were non of the dashboard lights or dials work and then will work. Is there a common problem for this? or does anyone know if there is a connector block that all of the dashboard is connected through [dunno]

Remove the cluster and unplug it. Then, plug it back in and make sure that the plug is fully seated.

Also consider that your Euro Focus may be different, and if it is a 2002, the Mk1 forums are the place for that, seeing as they were similar. You guys don't have the same Mk2 we do.

If the lights has a dimmer next to the lightswitch, try to wiggle it a bit, this is what the dials and the cluster has in common...
