I have a few bulbs in my cluster that are burnt out. Can I get them at any parts store or do I have to get them from the dealer? knowing dealership pricing I don't wanna end up paying 10bucks /bulb unless I have to.

If you dig around in the interior mods forum, you should find a couple of threads where people are changing their dash colors and there will be information about taking the cluster out and which bulbs go in there. Its a relatively painless job, and it does use a pretty standard bulb size. There's even LED options available.
