I got the DEH-P8400MP http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/v3/pg/product/details/0,,2076_310069880_37907,00.html and im installing it today does anyone else have this head until i got it for 50 dollers from a buddy cause i wasent going to install one but than he came through with that deal and i know it works good he had it on his 2 12's and im planning on getting some 12's so yeah lettme know what you think about it.

yeah its really nice i like it alot the only thing that bothers me is the time is displayed on the outser screen and when i leave it open u cant see it but hell for 50.00 it was worth it now i need to get some subs and ill be set..... what do you all think about brands of speakers what should i get?

Just a heads up, that particular model can have a lot of problems. For $50, good buy, just glad you didn't pay several hundred for it.

I have a 2006 ZX4 also. How do you remove the factory head unit???? I was told there was a special tool that fits into the holes in the HU, but there are none! My wife's 2002 ZTW does, but not the ZX4. Help!

not true buddy... you pop that carbon fiber peice off and than you ahve 4 bolds there 7mm and thats simple as that.
