Installing a Trip Computer?

Hi

I've just bought a 2002 (52 Plate) Focus Zetec 2.0. To the left of the main dials there is the coin tray, which on some specs of the car is filled in with a trip computer. since mine didn't come with one as standard, I'm wondering how difficult it is to fit one myself. Obviously I would need the indicator stalk as well to control it. I have no problem getting the parts, but I want to know just how difficult it is to fit. What connections need to be made etc? If anyone knows of a how-to or anything that would be awesome.

Cheers

Yeah I'm driving a UK Focus, and therefore we drive on the right. The coin tray is on the left.

On European Focuses the main instrument panel has a small screen which shows only the mileage. A little screen with two buttons in a triangular housing goes where the coin tray is on higher models just to the left of the instruments and is controlled by a button on the end of the indicator stalk. What I need to know is if the wiring and sensors etc are already there behind the coin tray so all i have to buy and fit is the trip computer unit and the new indicator stalk. I know some manufacturers fit all wiring to all cars like this, but I don't know about Ford.

There's no existing wiring. You'll need the computer, clock surround, multiplug, indicator stalk, temp sensor, and low fluid sensor for the washer bottle. I researched this but I decided I didn't want to replace the SVT gauges. Have a search on ffoc.co.uk and you'll find lots of info about installing this... I believe there's a sticky, as well.
