When I bought my focus, it had mismatched injectors. I have no idea what brand they are. 3 are red, one is blue. The car is running fine, and I have no performance issues. I am, however, wanting to start cleaning up the engine compartment, and the mismatched injectors have to go. I am wanting to replace with stock Motorcraft injectors, but thought I'd get opinions on whether I should use those, or get different ones. I am not boosted or supercharged, and have no plans to do so. Steeda RAI and magnaflow exhaust are the only engine mods. I do plan on getting a tune at some point in the future.

Sounds like it had one or three replaced at one point. The older Duratecs came with red injectors and the newer ones had blue. If your not having any issues I wouldn't worry about it.

Without some form of F/I the stock injectors are more than good enough, plus you would need a tune to properly run any other injectors efficiently.
