I was wondering with crower stage 1's on my automatic what type of idle should I expect (prior to rising the idle)? Will it be rough or should it be smooth?

i don't think the stage 1 will affect the idle.

I have them in already I am just wondering when tuning in the gears if it is rough at idle is that around where it should be. I am asking this because I redid my timing yesterday afterwork to make sure everything was lined up right and since I have done that my idle is almost just like stock but I have lost all the gain that I had prier to adjusting the timing.
Last weekend when we did it we got it set up to where the idle was rough (almost felt like it would die), but when I got on it the gains where noticeable. And now that it is changed my idle is perfect but I am actually slower than before having the cams and gears installed. So by knowing about how rough the idle should be I was going to try to tune it around to that point.
