My focus is a 2009/2010 (UK 59 plate?) 2.0L TDCI Titanium.

I too have noticed this morning a strong vibration when idle which runs right through the car and it is very noticeable to anyone sitting in the vehicle. It stopped when I started accelerating and continued when I stopped (regardless of being in gear with the clutch in or being in neutral with the clutch out).

I turned the engine off and back on and it stopped... I assumed it was the clutch or something (i am not a mechanic) as the revs were falling between 600-700 rpm as oppose to the usual 800-900 rpm when idle.

Could this be a severe problem or do you guys think it is just a one off?
What do I do now to check it, and how do I fix it if it continues?
