Where is the IAC valve.

Been experiencing high idel and low idle. Revs high between gear changes and on startup. When stopped at lights it drops like it wants to cut out but goes back up to normal.
Not all the time mind you.
Read that the IAC may need cleaning or replacing, but dont know where it is.
