F2 would be your best bet, and stay away from ebay suspension at all costs,[smackbum] but to put it lightly DO NOT cheap out on your suspension. I have a prokit and it was reasonably priced but the suspension is one of the most important parts of your car and you shouldn't risk your safety to save a few bucks.
I want to go low! Opinions?
I basically just want the car lowered. I don't care so much about handling or performance gains. I just think the car would look better. Therefore I'm not interested in spending too much money. Do these look legit?

Affordable to what standard? You need a reputable shock a strut combination from an established company bottom line. If your looking for a shortcut you won't find one. One suggestion is that you could look for a used kit. Realistically you will have to spend $300+ if you can't swing that, wait till you can.
