I need a smaller Alternator pulley than stock. I have a 200 amp alternator and the turn on rpm is about 1150 rpm. so I need to spin it faster. I have thought about an overdrive pulley for the crank but I don't want to overdrive everything.

Does anybody have a suggestion or a link to a site as to where I can get one?

I can't idle because I drain the battery.

because everytime we write a program for increased idle it still shows the idle set at 850.

we have no idea why the SCT software is not allowing us to adjust the RPM.

that pulley set you listed is an undrive seet i definitely cannot use that.

a lighter pulley will not do anything, he needs a smaller one. I don't think they make one! Ur only option may be to use a OD crank pulley and put underdrive pullies, at least ones you can find on the other accessories so in essence you are only equaling it out by putting more to the alternator. but i think the crank pulley is ur only option!!

that is what I have figured. oh well it is ok for now as long as I am driving but I cannot idle for more that 5-10 minutes.
