Went to multiple dealers with attitudes and NO customer service. I had already test driven one at a dealer, who wanted to sell us on everything on his lot except for the Focus we wanted.

My wife said yesterday lets go to Smithtown Ford, LI, NY. We found the line of Focus' behind the showroom, and asked to see the one we liked. Guy drove it around and let us see it. We sat down and bought it! Bargained a little and we are picking it up on Tuesday!

Insurance is ready to go, just need to call them on Tuesday.
Pay and drive away.

awesome, i have same focus except red and with the 17'' wheels and I love the [][][][] out of the thing.
