Get an ORP (off road pipe) and a tune. Other members with more experience in this are can elaborate.

You have a header. You would need to reprogram the computer (think SCT custom tune) to eliminate the CEL caused by deleting the 2nd O2 sensor. In PA you probably have emissions testing that includes a tail pipe test and visual anti-tampering check. If so, you may not pass your inspection.

Like others have said you have a single header. Your cat is in your stock exhaust manifold. In order to not get a CEL light you need to order an SCT Tune that has the second 02 sensor disabled. I had my 2010 setup like that and it was great. When I removed the header I just left the tune and installed the factory exhaust manifold.
