The way I understand your question is you want to know if you can rev it at higher rpms in neutral (which does no damage to the clutches since they arent even engaged) because youd love to blast the hell out of your modded exhaust. The reason being you really like how your focus sounds and you appreciate the changes youve made.. right?

Anyway, no. I dont think there is a way. I have an sct x4 and it doesnt even show as an option when its plugged in. Maybe something can be changed through a tune but my tuner said its no longer possible. At best they can make it shift at 6.5k rpms and thats it.

I got to this forum because I wanted to see if there was a way to do it through Forscan. Apparently there isnt.

Its an issues with SCT , I can unlink the TCM from the PCM and adjust the rev limiter to 7300 no problem but once the TCM is linked to the PCM 6500 is max RPM

Hello, i have a 2014 focus se with the pwershift auto.

In neutral, my car will only rev up to 4k. is there a way to remove that?

Please and thank you
What is the purpose of you wanting to rev the motor up that high in neutral or park? Besides its not like you a transbrake....
