cant see any screws to remove, dont wanna just lever it and break the plastic clips

Bake it in the oven to soften the glue, I heat them at 300 for 10-15 min and slowly pry with a dull flat head

dont listen to covmister... that is to open a pair of headlights... honestly most of us wouldnt know. hopefully someone jumps in that does.
