how did u guys install the SAP rear val. on ur SVTF?

can some one do a faq or how to??? i got a rear valance (the one the looks like a rear diffuser) from my dads work for free and i want to know how to install it. it doesnt match right up, its almost like i have to dremel slits in the bumper for these peices to fit into....
