I Just got an manual 07' ZX5. I want to convert it to a cosworth. Im looking around to see what I can do to it to modify it to be more like if not be a cosworth focus. If anyone has any info for me i'd greatly appreciate it.

4. dPower packages; which include header, cai, cams

Thats all I can really think of at the moment.

There is no such thing as a cosworth focus, never has been, never will be.

They do make some parts for the duratec, that's all.

i seen a focus with an engine that on the valve cover it said cosworth and the intake said cosworth,,,everything just about said cosworth on it..and i dont mean stickers.....so id say that probably do make a cosworth focus

i've seen AEM on my intake... does that mean they make an AEM Focus? correct me if i'm wrong but i don't think they made a production cosworth focus though. what you are thinking of is the cosworth escort.... **drools**

they actually dont. Cosworth makes alot of stuff for duratec engines but never has been a cosworth focus and if there was I doubt anyone would want to pay for it cause im sure the price would be rediculous.

That's because they have a lineup of products for the duratec.

There is no "cosworth" focus and there never will be.

The cost would be in the neighborhood of a subaru sti if they did.

Isnt the coswrth dpower upgrades for the 2.3 only? ZX5 should be a 2.0...... right?

zx3 or zx5 make no difference as to what motor it has.

There are '03 and '04's with the 2.3, I've owned two 2.3 zx3's from '03

oh... well will the cosworth upgrades fit a 2.0?

fit yes, work no.

they have no tuning for the 2.0 and the intake manifold is definitely not designed to work well with it.

Yea, back in the day, the 2.3l was found in all body styles. Thank goodness I got mine in a hatch when I could.

They did have a Cosworth Focus in Europe, but it wasn't a car you could buy, it was Cosworth's custom focus.

The Coswoth dpower upgrades are only for the 2.3 liter duratec. So the only new vehicales it will work on are the focus st
