I have a 2005 Ford Focus ZX4 2.0 Duratec. I decided to clean the throttle body with seafoam spray and it really improved the performance, but the idle in park and neutral is usually anywhere between 850-900 rpm instead of its normal 750 rpm. When its in drive its fine, but park and neutral aren't. I cleaned the IAC valve and it's still doing it. No check engine light and its been like this for about 2 months now. Do you guys have any ideas? Any input is much appreciated.

750 Still seems high for idling in park...I sit around 550. Granted different motors play a part.

Vacuum leak is a good cheap start. Not many of those. Could have cracked from age.

I appreciate it guys. I was really worried that I screwed something up. I'll check for a vacuum leak. Last time I had a vacuum leak the idle was very low like 450 rpm. It has over 150,000 miles so cracked vacuum hoses could be the cause.
