Hello everyone,
I am struggling with a big problem with my 2000 ford focus ZX3.
the idle on it would raise to 2000 rpm or more and takes forever to drop down when i am stopped. When driving,the car feels like it is on cruise contol ( but I don t have cruise control on it).
My question is that i am not entirey sure it i oming from the IAC. The PCV hose has already been canged twice.
If I unpluged the IAC, the car would idle (a little low) and drives fine.
Do you think the probem i coming fromthe IAC?
I just would like a confirmation before attempting to replace it.
