I installed an HID H4 high/low kit and the other day my one headlight went out. I checked all the grounds, ballast and light. Nothing was wrong with any of them. I then tested the power (for each side) from the battery to the Control Unit and they both were giving out 12.33 volts. So I then tested to power coming out of the control unitand the one side was about 8.50 volts, and the other side was 12.33 volts. Seems weird after only 3 weeks and now it isn't working. Anyone had this kind of problem[???
