Does a K&n Typhoon cold air intake or a fswerks race exhaust viod my 60k mile warranty or any warranty i have a 2010 ford focus ses i bought it with 35k miles on it and i need to know?

I think you're looking for the Duratec performance chat, not the Zetec.

Best bet is to call the customer service about your warranty. But, if you keep the stock airbox and exhaust, you can always swap them back in before going to get warranty work done either way.
