Hi, i want to take out my standard radio and put in my headunit! how do i get my old radio out? its a 1997 focus

Since we didn't get the Focus until 2000 here in the states, hopefully yours is like that.

Here's the how-to. It uses those U-shaped tools to unlatch the tabs.

can i do it any other way than buying the pins. at my shop they havent got any and wanted to do it today? anything else i can use?

4 stiff pieces of wire, bent into an "L" shape may work.
