Ok, my steering wheel is locked and the normal key in the ignition tumbler turnt slighty, isn't unlocking it, i have people telling it's the lock in my tumbler, thats fine......... however i have people telling, that hotwiring my car would be an easy solution, what do you guys think? steering wheel is either jammed or the unlocking mechanism is broken, suggestions please?

Use your 2nd Key.

This happened to me before, the 2nd key did the job.
Your key is most likely worn down, or the ignition cylinder needs to be replaced, if it's a reoccuring problem.

also, hotwiring your car wont do a damn thing, if the wheel itself is locked. It may start the car, but you still wont be able to steer. Also, good luck hotwiring a car with the PATS chip in it. We had to do it on my Taurus, and it was a bitch. I'm still not entirely sure how we got it to work.
