I have a 2006 Ford Focus ZX4 2.0L. Car starts and idles decent. Put it in gear and it dies most times. Replaced the IAC valve, fuel pressure sensor/regulator, cleaned throttle body. Cleaned MAF sensor. Checked runner for proper operation. Checked for vaccum leaks. Cannot figure out what is going on? Has anyone ran into this before? I have NO codes either. Also when your driving and come to a stop it will die sometimes as well. Any ideas? I am going crazy here!

It is an automatic. It feels like it's under a load. It will sputter a few times and then bam it dies.

Here are 2 ideas. Check or replace spark plugs with Autolite A103 (copper) gap set to .055. Maybe one of the accessories connected to the serp belt is failing and adding load to the engine?
