jackson racing super charger with BBK. build up bottem end. coilovers. you know the usual [][welcome] btw


seriously though, what I would do first is jack that car up and tear those hubbies/tires off and get some 17" or 18" inch rims with some aggressive rubber [8D] next is slam it down and you'll be set for a while until you start doing some performace mods

seriously, if you're on a budget, tint it. makes it look completely different

Tint is great for a first mod.

Also, if you are looking for cheap, appearance altering mods, go with a set of clear corners from Ebay..
