Hey Guys, I would like to thank everyone who made it out today. I had a blast setting up this event, and hope to do more of them and get the turnout larger.

Thank you for keeping everything safe, obeying the road, the track, and the people there. There was 1 close call that was mentioned to me by a few people and egman you are LUCKY. Slow it down, and stay in your lane around blind corners. Had it been me on the bike or many of the people I know, you would be laying behind the damn site inn with no teeth and unable to drive your car.

I would really like to thank the people at Michigan International Speedway for being top notch with allowing us (4) four laps on the track at 70 mph. We all did very well at keeping it around that speed. If you would be so kind to do so, please send some photos and a thank you e-mail to MIS at [email protected] . They went above and beyond what any track should do. Made everything simple, safe and let us do our thing, I think we reallllly impressed them with the turn out and the quality of cars and people that were there.

Again I cannot say thanks enough for making this event amazing with the largest event in a few years in the Michigan area.

[thumb] [thumb] to you Kevin for doing such a great job today. Though I was the outcast w/o a Focus, I had a blast and met some really great people.

I will definitely shoot MIS a quick thank you. They were amazingly accommodating to us today, and it was a real treat to get onto the track for the time we had.

I witnessed 1st hand the incident you spoke about. You also know I have ridden motorcycles for 30+ years off and on. A certain person should be glad I wasn't the rider in the oncoming lane.

ha I know i was cutting it a little close on that turn but i was riding the line and so was the bike. But i saw him in time to correct and make it safe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and kevin bring it on! I used to box a little LOLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was all in good fun. both the bike and i were in the wrong on that one

Thanks Guys again, it was my first Focus "Do" and I thoroughtly enjoyed it, as did Michelle, I hope we have more of these get togethers, I learned alot.

Thanks chaney for organizing this event it was awesome and you did a great job handling everything. I had a blast meeting some great people and hanging out after everyone else had left. Hopefully next year there will be an even bigger turnout.
