Explain this, please! 2005 ST with a 2002 SVT dash/interior. The 4 way(hazard) flashers work fine in daylight, BUT will not turn on when the parking or head lights are on. BUT turn the parking/head lights off, turn on the 4 way flashers, then turn on the parking/head lights, all work just fine?? [scratch] Any thoughts?
