I just purchased my second Focus about 3 weeks ago. It is a 2002 ZX3. It is basically a race car. A couple people told me up at FocusFest that they have seen threads on my new car before. I have tried searching and found nothing. Here are a couple pictures of the new car.

Just AEM short ram, CFM tb, 4-2-1 header, and Trubends Borla exhaust with Magnaflow resonator.

It surprised me at the track. It ran the same times as my JRSC ZX3.

How loud is it with the header and no interior?

It isn't that bad really. More tire noise than anything.

Are You going to use this for a daily driver?
Is it comfortable enough with the interior stripped?
Are the factory speakers still in place?
Really considering doing this on my ZX3.....

No. This is going to be my autocross car starting next year. I'm young so the interior being stripped doesn't bother me. I actually took out all the audio out of the car to shave more weight lol.

Found out that the original owner painted the car using boat paint. Battleship gray is the color. The paint was rolled onto the car.

Also the trany has 4.06 gears and Torsen LSD.

I am having mixed feelings about that paint. Wrap the whole car carbon fiber would be sweet!
