So today I changed my pads out and pushed the car a bit. Came back home and saw a huge coolant puddle under the car. Popped the hood and saw coolant spraying from the bottom of the tank. Could it be a crack that opens up when pressurized? Engine was super hot. What should I do?

Yeah, unfortunately, those plastic bottles are prone to thermal cracking...

OR get the mishimoto version, which, yes its WAY more expensive, but is meyal so no more cracking or even odd coolant loss...

Yes as stated. Just replace. Tascaparts.com.
Should I get the system pressure tested and flushed? since this is the second time this happens in the span of one month. Think the coolant might have absorbed some moisture.

I’ve personally never had a problem with it other than the cap not wanting to come off. Strange.

Put 20psi to it and see how much the tank expands then you will see how cracks can form.
They did the pressure test and both the reservoir and cap failed. Guess my spirited driving fatigued the reservoir more than I thought it would. The Ford tech found stress cracks on the reservoir.
