I'm starting week two of this workout today. It's freaking nuts.
Hopefully I'll be able to lose about 100lbs though.

yeah, me and my wife did it, until our apt. neighbors who live below us started to get upset. lol they started banging on their ceiling so, we had to stop. we did it for a good month and we both saw results. i had started the second month and let me tell you, you havent seen shit yet. lol. this whole first month is like a warmup for the second month. some of the exercises you do this month, are warmups before the exercises in month 2. once we get a house, we plan to start it back up.

A month and you saw results? What kind of month? I am trying it, but I don't feel like it's doing anything.

Yeah..a month. Lol. With me, i was using supplements along with this routine. I wanted to build mass cause im a scrawny dude. Lol. It wasnt like HUGE gains. For my wife, she wanted to loose weight. In the period we were doing this, id say she lost about 10-15lbs.

I've been doing it for a week and a half I guess. Tonight is cardio recovery (my favorite one so far). I don't like cardio. Plus, soon it wants you to do like ... two workouts a day? that'll take like an hour and a half...
