Are you referring to the current recall (07/19) where they check for gas tank deformation, PCV valve related codes and perform a computer update? Yes this is covered under the recall for free. If needed they will replace your gas tank and/or PCV Valve. In my case the tank was good, they replaced the PCV valve and reprogrammed. It took about 40 minutes.
If it has the automatic transmission, then it has it. My 2013 has it also. Since the collision I was in and since the tcm was fixed, knock wood, it's been pretty good. I mostly put highway miles on it. So at least that is probably easier on it.
I had a slightly damaged rear right door on my 2015 SE, and today installed a door assembly from a 2012. Everything was plug and play, but now even when the door is closed, the car thinks it's ajar. Anyone have an idea why?
Gave this topic a new title/thread so others might see it. I have a plain jane 2016 SE. The DTC transmission shifter only had PRNDL - with "L" being low. Using an OBDLink MX and FORSCAN (you can also use FOCCCUS), I added Sport mode (PRNDS).
Now my shifter only has the button to enable...
Does anyone know if it is possiable to take off the stock cloth headrest cover i have been looking online on how but i havent found anything. I have taken the headrest out of the seat but it seems as if it was slipped on then stitched shut.
