so i bougt my focus back in june and ive never been able to get this question answered is to how i can make these gages work. they dont light upor register, the wires were allready ran and looked plugged in but i dont know how to wire these thigns and what to plug them into to make them register and i dont want to pay a ford technician to do it for me so if someoen can help me with the installation or help me make thm work it would be greately appreciated

are these gauges new? or did you buy a pod and gauges that were on another focus?

which gauges are you trying to connect?

are they electrical or mechanical gauges?

they were allready on the car and there the faze cluster gages

Well for the electric portion you need to wire them to a 12v source usually the easiest is the cigarette lighter. For something requiring low amperage like a gauge light, I just use a scotch lock connector for hooking the wire up to the 12 volt source. Now thats how you get the electric portion working, for the actual gauge function, it depends on the gauge. What types of gauges are you talking about, oil pressure, vacuum, tachometer, air fuel ratio?

the fze site didnt help me at all. but i knoew that i have no idea what im doing with this electrical stuff. i was just wantin a step by step install to guide me through

If you are indeed clueless about electrical devices/connections, it'll be next to impossible to get a how-to off a forum......since practically every installation of these sorts of devices is different.

You might look around for a local shop that does such things. That way the gauges have a chance to work when the job is done, and there's much less of a chance of smoking something $$$$$$$.
